We handle projects such as social research, consumer research, market intelligence, opinion polling etc. We have successfully engaged on consulting projects with Governments & Ministries, International multilateral organisations, Startups and Non-Governmental organisations.
I was instrumental in Leading IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment and management of current and future IT systems across the college.
I conducted a detailed market review for a leading bank that wanted to launch a new mobile money wallet.
I provided business advisory services to a Fast Food Company. The company was able to launch the project successfully.
